Who is it for?

Our Level 3 Electrotechnical Craft Diploma if for those naturally progressing from their Level 2 Diploma. With our Professional Course qualifications in your inventory, this course will enable you to proceed towards completing your NVQ Occupational Assessment and then an AM2 assessment to become a qualified Electrician.

It is important to note:  For mature candidates with Level 2 2330, they must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the electrical industry before they can partake in our Level 3 course. Otherwise, you must complete Level 2 Electrotechnical Craft Diploma  before you take our Level 3 course.



Mainly Theoretical course with a practical assessment

Practical:         1 x Practical Assessment


TOTAL 35 Days


Candidates who enrol on the Level 3 course will be able to:

Work as an Electrician’s mate as you will have more experience and confidence to enable you to carry on your career progression towards achieving a Level 3 NVQ.

You will develop your knowledge and practical skills to be able to demonstrate competence required to;

Design, prepare and install electrical wiring systems &

Prepare and install associated equipment in buildings and structures

This is in accordance with approved industry practices, statutory and non-statutory regulations.

At the end of the course you may wish to carry on your studies by discussing with your course manager what options you have. You will have the option to pay an extra fee to upgrade to another course package.
