Our Training Facilities
Our Cheshunt training centre is a purpose-built electrical training facility designed to give you hands-on experience with real-world installations. Every classroom and workshop is equipped with the latest tools, test instruments, and consumer units used in the industry today.
The practical workshop areas feature fully wired domestic and commercial installations where you work on real circuits — not simulations. You will wire consumer units, install lighting and power circuits, fit RCDs and AFDDs, and carry out inspection and testing using calibrated instruments. This is the same equipment you will use on site once qualified.
Our theory classrooms are set up for small group learning with a maximum of 12 students per class. This means direct access to your instructor, the ability to ask questions without waiting, and a pace that works for every learner — whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced electrician updating your qualifications.
The centre includes dedicated exam rooms for City & Guilds and EAL assessments, a student break area, free Wi-Fi throughout the building, and complimentary tea and coffee. All tools, PPE, and course materials are provided — you just need to bring photo ID, a scientific calculator, and a pen on your first day.
