Who is this £49 refresher for?

This refresher is for electricians who already hold 18th Edition and need to update their knowledge to the latest BS 7671:2018+A4:2026 Amendment 4 changes. If you are new to 18th Edition, choose the full 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Online Course instead.

Does the £49 include the City & Guilds exam?

No. The £49 covers 12 months of learning access from enrolment, including the AI tutor, HD videos, knowledge checks and smart mock practice. City & Guilds registration and the official remotely invigilated 2382-26 examination are an additional £180, subject to eligibility; add them at checkout or purchase them later.

When will I receive access to the online refresher?

Buy the refresher online and enter the learner details. After successful payment, we create the enrolment automatically and email a secure sign-in setup link. Existing learners keep their current account and receive the refresher enrolment there.

What does the Amendment 4 refresher cover?

It focuses on the current BS 7671:2018+A4:2026 changes, including Chapter 57, prosumer installations, battery storage and generation, SPD and AFDD updates, revised special-location requirements and exam navigation practice. You complete every refresher module and can use unlimited mock attempts before requesting the official exam.

Do I need my own copy of the BS 7671 book?

Yes. You must own the latest BS 7671 book (currently BS 7671:2018+A4:2026) and have it with you while completing the refresher, practising the final mock and sitting the open-book remote examination. The book is not included in the course price.

How do I book the exam after the refresher?

Add the £180 City & Guilds registration and remotely invigilated 2382-26 examination at checkout or purchase them later. To become eligible, complete every refresher module and achieve at least 70% on the final mock exam; mock attempts are unlimited. Request the exam at least 7 working days in advance. Remote sittings run on weekdays only at 8:00am, 11:30am, 4:00pm (UK time), subject to availability.
