He still leads core training cohorts and runs Internal Quality Assurance across the centre — every qualification awarded here passes through his sign-off. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Assessor (City & Guilds), Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), ECS Gold Card, 18th Edition (BS 7671), 2391 Inspection & Testing.

Paul brings 30+ years of hands-on electrical trade experience to the workshop. He specialises in practical training — the cable-stripping, fault-finding, real-board-wiring side that gets new electricians site-ready rather than just exam-ready. Qualifications: ECS Gold Card, 18th Edition (BS 7671), City & Guilds 2365 Level 3, Practical Trainer (PTLLS).
Electrical Engineering Trainer · 20+ years experienceMohsin Syed
Electrical engineer and trainer with 20+ years of international experience, including major projects in Dubai and Singapore. Mohsin teaches the deeper electrical theory and Level 3 design content — the part of the syllabus that separates installers from designers. Qualifications: BSc Electrical Engineering, ECS Gold Card, 18th Edition (BS 7671), City & Guilds 2365 Level 3.
NVQ Assessor & IQA · 15+ years experienceDr Mohammad Shahrazad
A Gold Card holder and former Learn Trade Skills student who progressed through the programme. Now works as an NVQ Assessor and IQA — supporting candidates on the experienced-worker route and verifying assessment quality across the centre.
