Tolga Aramaz is the Director of Learn Trade Skills (LTS), a family-run training centre specialising in electrical installations. As a former councillor, Tolga brings a unique perspective on leadership, community engagement, and strategic decision-making. This experience, combined with his role at LTS, allows him to provide invaluable guidance to electricians, contractors, and businesses, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols. Sezai Aramaz – Founder

Sezai Aramaz is the esteemed founder of Learn Trade Skills, bringing over 45 years of experience in the electrical industry in the UK. For more than 20 years, he dedicated himself to educating the next generation of electricians as an Electrical Installation Lecturer and Assessor. Sezai’s wealth of knowledge and unwavering commitment to education have played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring tradespeople, contributing to the growth and proficiency of the electrical sector.

Lecturers

Paul – Lecturer

Paul has been a dedicated lecturer at Learn Trade Skills since 2022, offering students the benefit of his decades of experience in both lecturing and the electrical industry. As a seasoned electrician, he masterfully blends practical expertise with a passion for teaching. His approach ensures that students not only understand theoretical concepts but also gain the essential hands-on skills required to excel in the trade. Paul’s unwavering commitment to education and student success makes him a valued mentor, inspiring the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Lloyd – Lecturer

Lloyd is an experienced lecturer at Learn Trade Skills, with 13 years of on-site experience as a commercial electrical engineer. His industry experience, combined with his teaching role at a higher education (HE) college, provides students with an enriched learning experience. Lloyd’s ability to connect real-world applications with classroom concepts ensures students are equipped with both the technical knowledge and practical skills they need to succeed as qualified electricians.

Roger– Lecturer

With over 17 years of experience in the education sector, Roger is a highly skilled and dedicated Electrical Installation specialist. He has delivered a wide range of accredited courses across FE colleges and private training providers, including all levels of City & Guilds, EAL, and LOGIC qualifications. His expertise spans from introductory technical certificates to advanced inspection, testing, and regulatory training.

Roger is also a qualified on-site assessor and an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), holding a Pearson Edexcel Level 4 IQA award. His teaching is underpinned by a Level 5 DTLLS qualification and supported by a robust set of electrical qualifications, including the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, Electric Vehicle Charging (C&G 2919-601), and Level 3 Inspection and Testing.

Known for his conscientious approach, strong work ethic, and student-focused delivery, Roger is passionate about maintaining high standards in teaching and assessment. He is always seeking new challenges and opportunities for professional growth and is committed to staying at the forefront of the electrical education sector.

Marketing Manager

Sumit – Marketing Manager

Sumit plays a dual role at Learn Trade Skills, managing marketing initiatives while also providing essential technical support. He specialises in troubleshooting issues related to online and hybrid learning, ensuring that students experience a smooth and uninterrupted learning process. Sumit’s blend of marketing acumen and technical expertise makes him a crucial part of the LTS team, enhancing both the student experience and the centre’s brand presence.

Samuel – Student Support & Sales

Samuel plays a vital role in supporting students at Learn Trade Skills. As part of the Student Support & Sales team, he provides assistance to students throughout their learning journey. His approachable nature, proactive support, and commitment to helping students succeed create a positive learning environment where students feel guided and confident.

Abdul – Student Support & Sales

Abdul is a key member of the Student Support & Sales team at Learn Trade Skills. He is dedicated to helping students with technical guidance, exam preparation, and general support. From onboarding to exam day, Abdul ensures students have the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in their studies, fostering a positive and supportive learning experience.

James – Student Support & Sales

With hands-on experience in electrical installations, James now focuses on helping new students get qualified at Learn Trade Skills. As part of the Student Support & Sales team, he provides students with motivation, guidance, and mentorship. Passionate about sports and a loyal Tottenham fan, James brings enthusiasm and encouragement to his role, making him a valued resource for students navigating their path to qualification.
