Here are the steps
1.Enquiry
Call in to find out what we offer and explain to us what your requirements are with us. Our team will review your requirements to see if we can deliver bespoke training. Our training solutions will be flexible and can include remote delivery, online or in-centre delivery.
2.Proposal
Once your enquiry is reviewed, we will feedback on our proposal so you can review it. We can arrange a session where we walk you through this in order to make sure we both are on the same page.
Once the proposal is agreed a fee will be discussed for this training and a final review and confirmation will be needed. Training will be delivered after payment is agreed.
3.Training
As agreed, we will deliver the training to your requirements. During this process you will have full communication regarding progress or any other queries. You may want to change or add onto the proposal which we can discuss.
A meeting can be arranged at the end to review delivery and satisfaction.
