Generation Broxbourne 2025 gathered local employers, training providers, and Year 10 students at The Spotlight Theatre in Hoddesdon for a day packed with opportunity. With more than 30 exhibitors on hand, attendees explored apprenticeships, learned about essential job skills, and discovered new career paths—all within their own community.
From interactive demonstrations to one-on-one chats with industry professionals, the event provided a hands-on look at what the local job market has to offer. Organised by Broxbourne Council and Hertfordshire Opportunities Portal (HOP), Generation Broxbourne 2025 highlighted the wealth of training options and support available for aspiring professionals in the region.

The fast-track courses are specifically designed for those with 1-4 years of experience, enabling them to gain qualifications quickly, while part-time options cater to career changers and those new to the industry.
